YZH Fixed robotic boom
Fixed robotic boom is one of the core automation products of YZH, adopting modular design concept, supporting multi-axis linkage (common 4-6 axes), with high load, high repetitive positioning accuracy and flexible adaptability. The product series covers light, medium and heavy robotic arms, with load ranging from 5kg to 500kg, which can meet the operational needs of different scenarios.
Core technology highlights
1. High-precision motion control
Repeat positioning accuracy: ±0.02mm (some models can reach ±0.01mm), suitable for precision assembly, semiconductor processing and other demanding scenarios.
Servo drive system: equipped with self-developed intelligent servo motor and reducer, fast response speed, smooth and jitter-free operation.
2. Intelligent operation
AI vision system (optional): integrating 3D vision positioning and deep learning algorithms to realize identification, grasping and sorting of complex workpieces.
Internet of Things (IoT) compatible: supports remote monitoring, real-time data transmission and cloud programming, seamlessly connecting to MES/ERP system.
3. Energy saving and long life design
Energy return technology: Brake energy recovery efficiency up to 30%, reducing energy costs.
Durability of core components: Key transmission components are carburized and quenched, with a service life of over 50,000 hours.
4. Safety Protection
Collision detection function: Built-in force sensor and electronic safety fence, automatic shutdown in case of emergency, to ensure the safety of man-machine collaboration.
