This is an air-operated caliper disc brake. When compressed air is supplied, the air cylinder pushes the brake pads to clamp the brake disc and generate braking torque. The braking torque can be adjusted continuously by changing air pressure, to realize stable tension control for unwinding & winding process. It features excellent heat dissipation, stable slip performance, easy replacement of brake pads without disassembling the whole unit, low maintenance cost. No electric coil, suitable for rubber & tire production workshop with dust and explosion-proof requirements. Perfectly matched with air shafts and safety chucks for rubber calender, cutting machine, tire cord fabric unwinding line. Warranty: 12 months.
