Our company JWELL has accumulated extensive research and manufacture experience in various plastic pipe extrusion machines and relevant professional solutions. We provide two types of corrugated pipe extrusion line, horizontal double wall corrugated extrusion line and vertical double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line, which are all suitable for HDPE and PP corrugated pipes production.
Our corrugated pipe extrusion line has the advantages of high output, stable running, energy saving, easy maintenance and long service life. The sizing sleeve is made of aluminum alloy, highly wear-resistant. The production line adopts more precise cooling system and pressure control system to ensure high quality corrugated pipe making process.
Which is better PVC or corrugated pipe?
The inner and outer walls of PVC pipes are smooth and flat, mainly used for water supply and drainage. The unique corrugated shape of the corrugated pipe can strengthen the resistance of the pipe to the load of the soil, without increasing its flexibility, and can be continuously laid on the uneven ground. The interface is convenient for connection, good sealing, easy handling and on-site construction, which can reduce the construction labor intensity and speed up the construction. The corrugated pipe is corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant and aging resistant, green and environmentally friendly, with a normal service life of more than 50 years, and the pipe will not break at minus 60 degrees.
