Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Chamber

The rapid temperature change test chamber is a device used to test the performance and stability of materials, components, products or equipment under rapidly changing temperature environments. Its main working principle is as follows:
1. Temperature Control System The core part of the rapid temperature change test chamber is the temperature control system, which usually consists of a refrigeration system and a heating system to achieve rapid temperature increase and decrease. The heating system generally uses electric heaters, which can quickly raise the temperature inside the chamber to the set value; the refrigeration system is generally composed of compressors, condensers, expansion valves and evaporators, and uses the refrigerant circulation to lower the temperature inside the chamber. To ensure the rapid and stable temperature change, the fan inside the test chamber also plays an important role, helping to circulate the air and ensuring uniform temperature distribution. If you need more information about the models of our testing equipment. 2. Refrigeration Working Principle The refrigeration cycle of the rapid temperature change test chamber all adopts the reverse Carnot cycle. This cycle consists of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The specific process is as follows: The refrigerant is adiabatically compressed by the compressor to a high pressure, consuming work to increase the exhaust temperature. Then the refrigerant undergoes isothermal heat exchange with the surrounding medium, transferring heat to the surrounding medium. Then the refrigerant undergoes adiabatic expansion to do work, at this time the temperature of the refrigerant decreases. Finally, the refrigerant is isothermally absorbed heat from a temperature higher object through the evaporator, reducing the temperature of the cooled object. This cycle repeats itself to achieve the purpose of cooling.
