Overview:

The near-infrared spectroscopy analyzer for textile fiber components is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of textiles. The equipment features non-destructive testing, high speed, resource conservation, environmental friendliness, and the ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Non-destructive: It uses near-infrared light to directly irradiate the sample in transmission or diffuse reflection mode. Near-infrared light has a certain penetration ability and is non-destructive to the sample.

High speed: It can achieve millisecond-level scanning of a single spectrum at the fastest, and in combination with near-infrared spectroscopy analysis models, it can realize qualitative identification and simultaneous analysis of multiple components.

Resource conservation: Without consumables, it realizes "zero-cost" detection. Meanwhile, it can analyze multiple component indicators simultaneously, significantly saving detection costs and reducing detection labor intensity.

Environmental friendly: It directly obtains near-infrared spectra representing the intrinsic quality of the sample without pre-treatment, avoiding the use of toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive chemical reagents and eliminating "secondary pollution".

Qualitative and quantitative analysis: Relying on chemometrically established qualitative and quantitative near-infrared spectroscopy analysis models for predictive analysis, it can simultaneously predict and analyze multiple property component indicators.

Spectroscopic principle: Acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF). The spectrometer has no mechanical vibration components, ensuring the stability and reliability of the instrument's spectrum. It adopts a bottom-illumination optical path design with non-contact sample design. Automatic calibration is available without manual calibration.

Detector: InGaAs high-sensitivity indium gallium arsenide detector. Noise level < 5E - 5

Light source: A 5V, 5W light source design with a lifespan of > 10.000 hours. The light source is easy to replace without professional training.

Working mode: Bottom-illumination optical path design with non-contact sample design. Diffuse reflection detection mode.

Sample cup: Rotatable sample cup design, compatible with both powdered and whole samples.

Operation and software system: The instrument is built-in with a computer. It runs on the WIN7 operating system, with 4G memory and a 64G solid-state drive. It comes with a USB interface and a wireless network card, enabling all networking functions, data transmission and storage, self-diagnosis of the instrument's status, remote control, etc.

Data modeling and analysis software: The built-in computer includes market-standard chemometric modeling and analysis software. The modeling and data processing software are integrated, making operation simple. The software is upgraded for free for life. The software can fully control the hardware part, perform self-diagnosis, and promptly prompt fault status.
