Haze and Transmittance Meter

GBT 2410-2008: Determination of light transmittance and fog degree of transparent plastics. This is the national standard of the People's Republic of China, which specifies the test method of transparent plastic transmittance and fog degree in detail, and is suitable for the test of various transparent plastic materials.
ISO 13468-1: Plastics - Determination of optical properties of transparent materials - Part 1: determination of light transmittance and fog. This is a standard issued by the International Standards Organization (1SO)， similar to GB/T 2410. which is also applicable to the test of light transmittance and fog degree of transparent materials.
ASTM D1003: Standard test Method for determination of Light transmittance and fog of transparent plastics. This is a standard issued by the American Society for Materials and Testing (ASTM)， which specifies the test method for the light transmittance and fog degree of transparent plastics, and is widely used in the United States and international transparent material testing.

Transmittance: usually 0——100%
Fog: Usually 0 to 30% or more (depending on the model and manufacturer)
Resolution:
Transmittance: Generally 0.1% or higher
Fog: Generally 0.01% or higher
Accuracy:
Light transmittance :+1% or less (varies by model and manufacturer)
Fog :+0.2% or less (Higher accuracy possible for high-precision models)
Repeatability:
Transmittance: Generally 0.2% or less
Fog: Generally 0.05% or less (high precision models may achieve higher repeatability)
Light source: Usually use CIE standard light source, such as C light source (simulate daylight)， D65 light source (simulate natural daylight) and so on. The stability and color temperature of the light source have important effects on the test results.
Sample size: Usually 50mmx50mm or varies according to the specific model and manufacturer. The sample size should meet the requirements of the tester to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test.
Measurement time: The measurement time is usually short, generally ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes. High-precision models may have faster measurement speeds.
