Coating Wear Resistance Measuring Device

Product Introduction:

The determination of scratch resistance of the coating is very similar to the scratch test of the coating, but this test method is the method of determining the single coating of the color paint, varnish or related products with the shape (ring or circular) needle, or the composite coating layer coating resistance: the product or system under test is applied to a uniform thickness on a flat test plate with a uniform surface texture. After drying and curing, scratch resistance is measured by pushing the test plate under the curved (ring or circular) marker, which is mounted to the surface of the test plate at 45 degrees, continuously increasing the load acting on the test plate until the coating is scratched. The minimum load for coating scratches is the load that causes at least 2 out of 5 measurements.
