Molybdenum Plate for High Temperature
Molybdenum is hard, soft and tougher than tungsten. Molybdenum has high modulus of elasticity, tungsten, tantalum and only high melting point. Molybdenum plate is used in many special steels. Other common uses are molybdenum electrodes, vacuum furnace applications, nuclear energy, missiles and aircraft components.

Thickness ranges from 0.090 inches to 3 inches and is classified as molybdenum plate. Molybdenum sheet is widely used in mould and parts furnace construction, parts manufacturing in electronic and semiconductor industries.
Silicone-molybdenum boards were examined using silicon source Si2Cl6 and silicification conditions and some of its properties. The molybdenum silicide of this plate is deposited first, such as 4 MoSi2, which is 6 meters thick at the initial stage (10 minutes later), then it is stored together, and 30 minutes later, a uniform layer of molybdenum silicide plate of MoSi2 is formed. The weight of the organic silicon plate dissolved by the anode is doubled in 0.2 M sulfuric acid, which reduces the thickness of the MoSi 2 layer. Corrosion of seawater and sea sand and wear of silicon-molybdenum plate increase resistivity, thus increasing silicification temperature and flow rate of Si2Cl6.
