Furthermore, the material demonstrates excellent impact resistance, minimizing the risk of cracking or deformation under sudden wire tensioning or breakage, which contributes to enhanced equipment reliability and reduced downtime. Its superior thermal conductivity facilitates efficient dissipation of frictional heat, maintaining the operational temperature of the guide wheel below 80°C and preventing undesirable annealing of the wire. In spring steel wire production, the use of titanium carbide guide wheels ensures a straightness deviation of no more than 0.5 mm/m, significantly improving the fatigue resistance and overall service life of the final product.
