Titanium carbide hard guide wheels - Industrial transmission
The guide wheel exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance, maintaining integrity for over five years without rusting in chloride-rich humid environments—such as coastal industrial facilities—compared to conventional steel guide wheels, which typically last only three months under similar conditions. Its dense internal structure, with a porosity of less than 0.1%, effectively prevents coolant infiltration and subsequent internal cracking. During the copper tube drawing process, the guide wheel achieves a low friction coefficient of 0.08 against the copper surface, significantly reducing surface defects and increasing the product qualification rate from 85% to 99%. Constructed from hard alloy titanium carbide, the guide wheel demonstrates excellent thermal shock resistance, remaining crack-free under rapid temperature fluctuations from ambient conditions to 300°C and back, making it highly suitable for intermittent production operations. The guide wheel is available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, enabling compatibility with various drawing and rolling equipment configurations. In optical fiber and cable manufacturing, it ensures precise fiber guidance, maintaining signal attenuation below 0.2 dB/km and supporting high-quality communication performance.
