High wear-resistant titanium carbide hard guide wheel

Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance. When subjected to rapid temperature changes—from room temperature to 300°C and then back to room temperature—they remain crack-free, making them well suited for batch production environments. These guide wheels are available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, enabling compatibility with various stretching or rolling equipment. In optical fiber and cable manufacturing, they provide precise guidance for optical fibers, maintaining signal attenuation below 0.2 dB/km and ensuring high communication quality. The operational temperature range of these guide wheels extends from -100°C to 600°C, within which their performance remains stable, allowing reliable use in both low-temperature freezing tube production and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange are integrally designed, eliminating potential failures associated with welding or bonding joints, and contributing to a service life exceeding 100,000 hours. In the cable industry, they enable precise control of insulation layer concentricity, maintaining deviations within 0.05 mm and ensuring optimal electrical performance.
