The operational temperature range of these guide wheels extends from -100°C to 600°C, within which their performance remains stable, allowing reliable use in both low-temperature freezing tube production and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange are integrally designed, eliminating potential failures associated with welding or bonding joints, and contributing to a service life exceeding 100,000 hours.
