High-hardness titanium carbide guide wheel

Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels exhibit excellent impact resistance, making them highly resistant to cracking or deformation under sudden wire tensioning or breakage, thereby minimizing the risk of equipment downtime. These guide wheels possess superior thermal conductivity, enabling efficient dissipation of friction-generated heat and maintaining the operating temperature below 80℃, thus preventing thermal annealing of the wire. In spring steel wire production, their use ensures a straightness deviation of no more than 0.5 mm/m, significantly enhancing the fatigue life of the final spring product. Furthermore, the material demonstrates outstanding thermal shock resistance, remaining crack-free during rapid temperature fluctuations from room temperature to 300℃ and back, which makes it particularly suitable for intermittent manufacturing processes. The guide wheels are available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, allowing compatibility with various drawing and rolling machines. In optical fiber and cable manufacturing, these guide wheels enable precise fiber alignment, maintaining signal attenuation at less than 0.2 dB/km and ensuring high-quality communication performance.
