Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels exhibit excellent impact resistance, making them highly resistant to cracking or deformation under sudden wire tensioning or breakage, thereby minimizing the risk of equipment downtime. These guide wheels possess superior thermal conductivity, enabling efficient dissipation of friction-generated heat and maintaining the operating temperature below 80℃, thus preventing thermal annealing of the wire. In spring steel wire production, their use ensures a straightness deviation of no more than 0.5 mm/m, significantly enhancing the fatigue life of the final spring product.
