Wear-resistant titanium carbide hard guide wheels - industry
The guide wheel features precisely machined mounting holes with high dimensional accuracy, enabling the fit clearance between the shaft and the hole to be maintained within 0.005–0.01 mm. This ensures smooth rotation without vibration, thereby enhancing guiding precision. The design offers low maintenance requirements and does not necessitate frequent lubrication; routine cleaning of surface contaminants is sufficient, making it well suited for continuous operation in automated production lines. In metal wire mesh manufacturing, the guide wheel helps maintain uniform mesh aperture size, keeping dimensional deviations within ±5%, thus meeting the stringent quality standards required for filter materials. Compared to ceramic guide wheels, this type exhibits superior toughness and is more resistant to damage from minor impacts, significantly reducing replacement frequency. Its service life is approximately 2 to 3 times longer than that of ceramic counterparts. In steel cord production, a single set of these guide wheels can process over 1,000 tons of cord, whereas ceramic guide wheels typically last only 300 to 500 tons. Due to its excellent cost-performance ratio, this guide wheel has been widely adopted in the tire industry, contributing to improved tire durability and safety.
