Customized titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheels

This type of guide wheel exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance, maintaining integrity for over five years without rusting in humid environments containing chloride ions—such as coastal industrial facilities—compared to a service life of only three months for conventional steel guide wheels. Its dense internal structure, with porosity below 0.1%, effectively prevents coolant infiltration and subsequent internal cracking. During the copper tube drawing process, the guide wheel achieves a low friction coefficient of 0.08 against the copper tube surface, significantly reducing surface scratches and increasing the product qualification rate from 85% to 99%. The dynamic balance accuracy reaches Grade G0.4, ensuring a vibration amplitude of less than 0.01 mm during high-speed rotation, thereby minimizing equipment vibration and noise, and improving the overall working environment in the workshop. Furthermore, the guide wheel demonstrates excellent chemical stability, showing no reactivity with metal wires, thus preventing surface contamination or discoloration. In the production of precious metal wires (e.g., gold and silver), the inert and clean surface helps prevent material loss, contributing to reduced manufacturing costs.
