Ultrafine-grained chromium carbide powder
This powder has good chemical stability. At room temperature, it does not react with water or dilute acids, but dissolves slowly in concentrated nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. It is suitable for making corrosion-resistant components. After being mixed with nickel-based alloy powder, the formed spray welding layer is both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is widely used in the stirring shafts of chemical equipment, the inner walls of reaction vessels and other parts, and can withstand the long-term erosion of acid and alkali solutions. The powder has good fluidity, with a bulk density of 2.8-3.2g/cm³, which is convenient for continuous powder supply by automated spraying equipment and ensures uniform coating thickness. Chromium carbide powder has excellent wettability and adheres firmly to metal substrates such as iron, nickel and cobalt, making the coating less prone to cracking
