The dynamic balance accuracy of the guide wheel reaches G0.4 grade. When rotating at high speed, the vibration amplitude is less than 0.01mm, which can reduce the vibration noise of the equipment and improve the working environment in the workshop. It has good chemical stability and will not undergo chemical reactions with metal wires, thus avoiding contamination or discoloration on the wire surface. In the production of precious metal wires (such as gold and silver wires), the clean surface of the guide wheel can prevent the loss of precious metals and reduce production costs.
