Color Coated Aluminum Coil (Prepainted Aluminum Coil) is produced from high-quality aluminum alloy coils through degreasing, chemical treatment, coating, and high-temperature curing processes. The coating is uniform with strong adhesion, significantly enhancing decorative appearance while improving corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and service life.
We supply customized PE / PVDF color coated aluminum coils in alloys 1060, 1100, 1200, 3003, 3105, 5052, 6061, and 8011, suitable for roofing systems, ceilings, roller shutter manufacturing, automotive components, and other applications.
