PCB DRILL BIT
PCB（Printed Circuit Board）, also called printed circuit board. It is glued together by several layers(4 layers, 6 layers or 8 layers) of resin materials, and copper foil is used for wiring inside. PCB drill bitis mainly used for PCB drilling, which accounts for 30 % to 40% of the cost of printed circuit board. The mass production often needs special equipment and drill bit.
CNC drilling machine uses cemented carbide fixed shank PCB drill bit. The common drill shank diameters are 3.00mm and 3.175mm, can be replaced automatically. Cemented carbidePCB drill has high positioning accuracy and does not need to use drill sleeve. Large helix angle, high chip removal speed, suitable for high speed drilling. In the whole length of the chip removal groove, the diameter of the bit is an inverted cone, the friction between the bit and the hole wall is small, and the drilling performance is very good.
