Gluing machine
1. The size roller is of finely curved reticulated pattern with 24 wires/inch and plated with hard chrome on the surface,allowing less amount and more evenness of sizing. 2. The distributor shaft is griund and [lated with hard chrome on the surface. 3. Other paper lead shafts are ground and plated with hard chrome on the surface. 4. The clearance between distributor roller and sizing roller is adjusted with double eccentric structure. 5. The bearings of distributor roller and sizing roller are double–row cylindrical ball self–aligning bearings. 6. Sizing mechanism of pressureroller,lifted pneumatically. 7. Glue spread displayed on the control of double wall machine is adjusted electrically. 8. The complete machine uses power unit control by layers. 9. The eccentric gear governing size consistency can be mounted by the eynchronizing mechanism,with sizing clearance on both sides adjusted electrically,with operation is easy. 10. There are two paper lead shafts,front and rear,mounted on one oscillating arm to fix the sizing angle relatively and improve the evenness and stability of sizing. 11. The drain system uses straight–way type stainless steel drainage device,providing independent draining,centralized retting and removing bypass design,which can be free of maintenance for the whole sernice life and with simple structure,saving stop valve and check valve,etc.and simplifying installation and maintenance of the return circuit.
