Single-sided corrugated cardboard production line
1. The assemvbly line consiats of the paper web support,single side corrugate equipment and the rotary paper cutter. 2. There are two available modes can be selected with the single side corrugate pressboard machine that is guiding claw system and or guiding claw free system. 3. The roller diameter of the single corrugate machine is one of Ø260mm,Ø280mm,the materials is 48 crmo with rigidity of Hr55﹣60.The machine with roller of Ø280mm have pneumatic driving system which covered all the operation cycle,include the hydrosol paint roller run back,reset ,grooving and single side laminate.The machine has the individual drive gear case,closed gear drive,oilimess lubri cating,gimbal transmission to preventvibrations and con duce the good running condition. 4. The heating mode can be selected electricity,steam and or diathermanous oil.
