GD-0621 Asphalt Standard Viscometer

I. Summary
　The instrument is designed and made as per T0621 “Asphalt Standard Viscosity Test” in the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China JTJ052-2000 Specifications and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering. It is suitable to determine the viscosity of liquid petroleum asphalt, coal pitch and emulsified asphalt at flowing state.

　3. Sample tube: four pieces in a set. The diameter of effuse tube is: φ10 mm±0.025 mm, φ5 mm±0.025 mm, φ4 mm±0.025 mm and φ3 mm±0.025 mm.
　4. Ball stopper specification:
A: Diameter of ball: 12.7 mm±0.05 mm; Sign height: 92 mm±0.25 mm.
　 B: Diameter of ball: 6.35 mm±0.05 mm; Sign height: 90.3 mm±0.25 mm.
　5. Temperature controlling range: room temperature～90 ℃.
　6. Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.1 ℃
　7. Time resolution: 0.1 s, maximum time value: 999.9 s
　8. Heating type: electric heater. Use a circulation pump circulating water bath liquid to control the temperature in the circular trough. Heating power is 600 W.
　9. Ambient temperature: -10℃～35 ℃
　10. Relative humidity: ≤ 85%
　11. Dimension: length 420 mm, width 340 mm, height 570 mm
