For example, benzoic acid and its sodium salts have certain inhibitory effects on bacteria, molds and yeasts; Sorbate and its potassium salt mainly have inhibitory effects on mold, yeast and aerobic bacteria; The lactostreptococcin mainly has a strong inhibitory effect on gram-positive bacteria.
