Sucralose
Sucralose is also known as Trisodium Phosphate. It is a powerful food sweetener, with the trade name Splenda and the abbreviation TGS.
Sucralose is the fifth generation of artificial synthetic sweeteners after saccharin, cyclamate, aspartame, and acesulfame. It is the only sweetener that uses sucrose as its raw material and is currently the only additive approved for use in food and beverages by the government.
Sucralose is the most perfect and competitive artificial sweetener among them. It has excellent properties such as high sweetness, good flavor, non-nutritive nature, long storage period, low calorific value, and high safety.
