Application

Smoke Toxicity Tester Flammability Analyzer for Building Material DIN 53436 is designed according to DIN53436.

Smoke Toxicity Tester Flammability Analyzer for Building Material DIN 53436 realized smoke of burning material continuous and stable production and gas extraction, flue gas quantitative description of smoke concentration and accurate calculation of the rate of smoke production, thus it could be used for different circumstances of different materials (including different rates and different concentrations of smoke production) and animal exposure evaluation at different times.

Technical parameters

The ring furnace is heated, and the sliding module drives the ring furnace to move automatically to meet the quartz tube heating requirements. The operating temperature can reach 1000° C, accurate temperature control, the temperature error is less than 1°C, the movement speed :10MM/MIN, the moving distance 750MM;

Equipped with high temperature resistant thermocouples for ring furnace temperature measurement and ring furnace combustion

The calibration of heat is equipped with a high-temperature quartz boat, and the sample is stored in a quartz tube to be heated and decomposed:

Thermocouple: Outer diameter 1.5MM high temperature resistance 0-1000 degrees;

Equipped with rotor flow meter for carrier gas and dilution gas supply, equipped with convenient control of high-precision valve body for gas switching;

Acrylic poison box, you can watch the movement of mice inside the window.
