Automotive Wires Liquid Resistance Tester
Standards:
- ISO 6722-1:2011: International standard for road vehicle electrical cables, specifying liquid immersion resistance.
- SAE J1128: Society of Automotive Engineers’ requirements for low-voltage battery cable performance in fuel/oil environments.
- QC/T 730: Chinese automotive industry standard for wire/cable resistance to engine fluids.
- JASO D611: Japanese automotive standard for hose/tube compatibility with gasoline, coolant, and brake fluids.
Main Parameters:
Test Oils:
1. Heat - retaining and heating oils (to be provided by the user): It is recommended to use oils with high boiling points and low volatility, such as transformer oil. If the test temperature is low, water can be used.
2. Test media (to be provided by the user): Gasoline, diesel, engine oil, alcohol, power steering fluid, automatic transmission fluid, engine coolant, battery acid, etc. Temperature: Ambient temperature ~ 250℃
