Product Information:
The resistance tester for protective clothing materials against metal molten liquid penetration is developed in accordance with testing standards such as ISO 9150. EN 348. GB/T 17599. AQ6103. GB 8965.2. etc. It is applicable to the protective performance of various fabrics and composite fabrics against burns caused by molten metal splashes on the human body. The protective clothing metal molten bead splash tester can evaluate the material's resistance to liquid metal splashes. During the test, an appropriate amount of molten metal is splashed onto the sample placed at a certain angle. A PVC film is attached to the back of the sample and in contact with it. The damage situation is evaluated by recording the changes in the PVC film after the splashing process. Based on the test results, repeat the test with more or less metal until the damage to the PVC film is minimized. A furnace with an induction coil and a high-frequency generator melts the metal. A high-performance optical fiber dual-color pyrometer is used for temperature control and measurement of the splashing temperature. The temperature controller adjusts the temperature between 700°C and 1800°C. A stepper motor controls the tilting speed and angle. The cooling device uses the water flow connected to the inlet and outlet of the equipment for cooling.
