Its design enables low-maintenance operation: no periodic lubrication is required; only routine removal of surface contaminants is necessary. This makes it highly suitable for uninterrupted operation in automated production lines. In metal wire mesh manufacturing, the guide wheel ensures consistent mesh aperture uniformity, maintaining dimensional deviation within ±5%, fully satisfying the stringent tolerances demanded by high-performance filtration media. Dynamic balance is certified to ISO 1940–1 Grade G0.4, resulting in vibration amplitudes below 0.01 mm even at elevated rotational speeds—effectively suppressing mechanical noise and improving overall workshop acoustic conditions. Chemically inert toward common metal wire substrates, the guide wheel prevents surface contamination, discoloration, or interfacial reaction. Particularly in precious metal wire processing (e.g., gold and silver wires), its non-reactive, ultra-clean surface minimizes metallic adhesion and material loss, thereby reducing scrap rates and lowering production costs.
