Heat treatment: quenching 880 ℃, water, oil cooling ; tempering 500 ℃, water, oil cooling.
20CrMo quenching (860-880 ℃ cold water or oil ) . plus low temperature (150 - 200 ℃) tempered , 20CrMo hardness HRC32-33.

high hardenability, no temper brittleness, excellent weldability, small cold cracking tendency, can be a good machinability and cold plastic strain. Usually in the quenched state or carburizing used for the manufacture of infiltration in non-corrosive media and working temperatures below 250 ℃, pressure pipe and various fasteners containing nitrogen and hydrogen mixture of media work, more advanced carbon parts, such as gears, shafts, etc.
