Test Procedures

Install the seat belt fabric sample in the fixture and ensure it is securely fixed.

Adjust the friction device so that it contacts the fabric properly.

Set the desired cycle count and start the automated test program.

The test stops automatically when the cycle count is reached.

Inspect the sample visually and perform strength tests to evaluate abrasion performance.

Compare pre- and post-test results to assess material durability.

Maintenance Information

Keep friction surfaces clean and free from debris.

Inspect fixtures and moving parts for wear regularly.

Calibrate electronic counter periodically to ensure accuracy.
