Product application range and function:
1. 3. Refractory materials: Because nano silica dispersion has excellent energy saving, charge and high temperature resistance, it is widely used as a thermal insulation material Process furnace and other thermal and industrial equipment. It has the advantages of high mold release strength, stable high temperature volume, and good high temperature thermal shock resistance. It can also be used in the preparation of equipment resistant to strong acids.
4. 7. Polishing liquid: nano silica dispersion has the characteristics of small particle size, high concentration and good dispersion, etc., used in polishing liquid, mainly chemically, by adding chelating agents, active agents, can solve traditional problems such as surface roughness, waviness and surface defects.
Recommended dosage: Due to the wide range of applications of this product series, the amount of addition varies greatly for different systems, ranging from 2~30%. The specific increase is determined by the user through experiments.
