DC2 stem circumference measurement instrument
DC2 is an improved version of C1. The tension of the wire rope is changed to the radial setting. In this way, the pressure of the wire rope on the tree has nothing to do with the tree diameter, and the measurement results of different tree diameters can be directly compared. The sensor is fixed to the tree by a steel wire rope made of the alloy with the lowest thermal expansion coefficient. Use a small plastic ring to reduce the pressure of the wire rope on the tree, and reduce the frictional resistance, greatly improving the sensitivity.
