Product Description of Plough Shear Mixer Machine

The ploughshare in the ploughshare mixer machine rotates with the main shaft to make the material move along the radial direction of the cylinder arm. At the same time, the radial material flows along the flying knife group along the line, and is scattered by the high-speed rotating flying knife, continuously changing and compounding. The mixing is achieved in a short time.

Structural Characteristics of Plough Shear Mixer Machine

The ploughshare mixer machine is generally cylindrical, horizontally driven, and has a local mixing slurry in the cylinder.

There are roughly four parts that affect the movement of materials.

One is the shape of the equipment, and the horizontal shape is cylindrical.

The second is the coulter, which is shaped like a plow. It is fixed on the horizontal transmission shaft by the bracket and rotates along the wall, so that the material can be used for both diffusion and friction sharing. At the beginning of material mixing, the coulter rotates, continuously updating the material surface, and at the same time increasing the activity of the particles, which is a typical diffusion mixing. At the same time, the particles rubbed against each other and had the effect of share mixing. The coulters are radially distributed on the horizontal drive shaft. The coulters have a certain angle between them. The movement does not insert the powder at the same time, which greatly reduces the resistance in the powder. One of the outstanding features of the coulter mixer is the low energy consumption of the mixing.

The third is a flying knife, which consists of three simple blades, similar to the fan blades of an electric fan. There are multi-layered, pagoda-like, placed under the side of the mixer wall, rotating speed of 1450 ~ 1900r / min. The role of the flying knife is to cause a strong convective movement of the material in the axial direction. The number of flying knives depends on the scope of their action.

The fourth is the injector, its position, spray direction and the ability to atomize silicone oil affect the dispersion of silicone oil. For example, when silicone oil is sprayed near the flying knife, its initial dispersion is through material convection; silicone oil is sprayed to the opposite side of the flying knife, and its initial dispersion is caused by severe frictional sharing and diffusion between the material particles. The two dispersion effects are clearly different.
