Brief introduction:
(Raymond machine) is a new kind of milling equipment of highly efficient closed loop instead of ball mill,which is applied to small and medium size mining, chemicals, building materials, metallurgy, refractories, pharmaceuticals, cement and other industries. It is of high efficiency, low power consumption, small footprint, less investment . Structural components:
Raymond mill mainly by the host machine, analysis machine, blower, finished cyclone classifier,plumbing , motors and other components.composition parts of host are rack, inlet volute, blade, roller, grinding ring, cover and motor. Auxiliary parts are jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, cabinet, users can flexibly select them according to the site.

For milling of non-flammable material such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorspar, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, manganese, titanium, copper, chrome ore, refractory materials, insulation materials, coal char,coal powder, carbon black,argil， bone powder, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, quartz.Which Mohs hardness is below 7 degree and humidity is below 6% .Raymond mill is widely applied to chemical, construction and other industries, on milling of more than 300 kinds of materials for high fine powder processing, product size is adjustable in the range of 80-325 mesh , part of the finished product size is up to 600 mesh.
