Instruction manualof
Substrate: ITO, PET film, glass;
Mixing: Stir well before use to restore liquidity, the proposed length of 5 to 20 minutes while stirring.
Dilution: Stir the product can be used, we recommend without diluent. For dilution, stirring again need to use special thinner ZK70 diluted, we recommend that the weight ratio of less than 1% of silver was diluted diluted evenly.
Recommended Process
Laboratory measurements show that different customers with different curing equipment and technology, curing conditions do adjusted accordingly to achieve the best cure. The cured film thickness and final resistance is affecte
d by many factors, such as screen mesh, tension, scraping gum hardness, angle, speed, sensitive adhesive thickness.
Thickness: 7 ~ 15μm
Mesh: 300-450 mesh polyester mesh or stainless steel mesh
Cure: 30min @ 135 ℃
