Colorless to white prismatic crystals or white cystalin powder. Sigtly f&$tr itx sweet or saygry. Non-hygroscopic the relative density is 1.635, and theSoluble in water (71.7g/100m1), slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble inether. The pH value of 5% aqueous solution is 6.7~7.2.
