lDefine the actual maximum pressure

The pressure of the low-pressure dosing system is slightly higher than the rated pressure, generally higher than 10% to 20%. Over high pressure will waste energy, and it increases equipment investment and operating costs. So, please do not choose over high pressure.

lDefine the flow rate

The flow rate of the selected low-pressure dosing system should be equal to or slightly higher than the required flow rate of the process. The use range of the low-pressure dosing system is 30% to 100% of the rated flow. Taking the economy into consideration, it is recommended that the actual demand of the dosing system is 60% to 80% of the rated flow of the dosing system.

lDefine the pump head material

The specific requirements of the low-pressure dosing system are defined, the selection process of the medium should be based on the flow properties of the material. It is a very important step, if it is not selected properly, it will cause corrosive medium flow passage components, or the leakage of the medium pollutes the damage of the system.
