Description of Motorized Gate Valve:
ZECO motorized gate valve is named according to the driving mode, motorized gate valve as the name suggests is driven by electric actuator gate valve. The motorized gate valve designed by ZECO is in line with the SIL 3 Safety and Integrity Level for Automated Valves. As one of the electric actuated gate valve suppliers, ZECO Valve Group uses modern machinery and the latest mould to produce the latest advanced manufacturing facilities, to provide users with the highest quality flow control products, and a very competitive price. All cast parts, especially body and bonnet, have heavy sections to ensure strength, durability, and reliable and safe use in a wide range of service environments. Steel alloys for body and bonnet are carefully selected for good casting quality, structural stability, mechanical strength and safe weld ability. Castings are cast under strict and critical metallurgical and laboratory supervision.They are heat-treated, thoroughly cleaned by standing spray, and carefully checked to ensure that they are free from defects. All castings of these valves are in accordance with appropriate ASTM standards.
