DAC/AOC

Audio Amplification and Video coding

DAC is used to generate DC voltage gain through microcontroller commands. Typically, DAC will be integrated into the entire audio codec that includes signal processing capabilities. Data acquisition and distribution system

Data acquisition includes a process control terminal, in which the processor sends feedback data to DAC to convert it into an analog signal. The data to be measured is digitized by an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and then sent to the processor. Digital potentiometer and display electronics

Almost all digital potentiometers are based on serial DAC architecture. By reorganizing the resistor/ switch array and adding an I2C compatible interface, the all-digital potentiometer can be realized. The graphics controller usually uses a look-up table to generate data signals sent to the video DAC for analog output, such as signals of different colors, to drive the display.
