Manual Egg Tray Production Line
The manual egg tray production line is suitable for the small-scale investment in egg tray production, such as the small chicken farm, waste cardboard or corrugated paper recycles treatment, toilet paper tube recycles treatment and new investors who just in touch with this field.
The investors can use the manual egg tray production line to produce different kinds of 30-cell egg trays, like 15.5lb, 16lb, 17lb, 20lb egg trays etc. The raw material of the egg trays can be the waste newspaper, cardboard, corrugated paper, paper box, books etc.
The manual egg tray making machineincluded pulp making unit and egg tray forming unit, the waste paper mix with water, become into paper pulp, then the paper pulp was transported into egg tray forming machine to make egg trays. After treatment of egg tray forming machine, the egg trays are wet, so the workers should collect these wet egg trays and send them to natural drying.
Our manual egg tray production line contains perfect pulp making equipment, which can make the paper pulp good quality so that the inverted-suction type egg tray forming machine can make good egg trays.
