Themachineusesandcharacteristics:
SWZ10003DCNCdrillingmachineproductionline,composedofSWZ1000machineframe,andfeedingdolly,andiswidelyusedinbuildings,bridges,powerplants,boilers,stereogarage,offshoreoilwellplatform,towermastsandothersteelstructuresindustry,especiallysuitableforH-beamsteelstructure,channelsteel,withhighprecisionandoperationeasily.
II.SWZ10003DCNCdrillingmachineframe:
(I)Machinestructureandconfiguration
1.Themachineiscomposedofbed,CNCslide(3),self-controlstrokedrillinghead(3),theclampingmechanism,thedetectiondevice,coolingsystem,automaticlubricationtheironfilingsbox,safetynetandothersmaincomponents.
2.Thebedissquaresteeltubesweldedtogetheranddonestrengthentothelargerforcestructureofthebed,thecompletionoftheweldartificialagingtreatment,whichensurethestabilityofthebedwell,thusensuretheaccuracyoftheentiremachine.
3.CNCslideatotalofthree,arefixedsidenumericalslide,movablesidenumericalslideandintermediateunitnumericalslide.Threeslideswithsamestructure,allcomposedofslippedboard,slideandservodrivesystem.Onthreeslidingstage,thereisatotalofsixCNCaxes,eachslipstationwithtwoCNCaxes,eachtheCNCaxisadoptsprecisionlinearrollingguiderail,drivenbyACservomotor+ballscrew.Thus,eachoftheslidecanmovealongtwodirections,notonlyalongwithperpendiculartotheworkpiecefeeddirection,butalsoworkpiecefeedingdirection.Afteronefeeding,duringsameworkposition,itcanfinishallholedrillinginoneholegroupofHbeam(520mm),makesure,evenifholenotinsame
sectionofworkpiece,alsocanbedrilledatsametime,greatlyimprovedthepositionandefficiency.
