APPLICATION:
Applied for medical blood bag,urine bag,infusion bag welding and jointing.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Firmly welding, meet the needs of different thickness of materials.
- With double over current protection circuit to avoid overload and prolong the life of the electronic tube.
- Adopting high sensitive 5557 anti-flash device to avoid damaging the machine and tool.
- European standard high frequency oscillatory square cabinet,more reliable and stable in output.
- PLC control, touch screen programmable setting parameterto proceed whole process automatically:Feeding roll material--> Shaping-->welding bag-->Film indexing-->Cutting-->Transferring the finished product. It need to replace the rolls by operator.
- Horizontal layout design under independent R&D with fine appearance and ease of maintenance. The design is strictly under implementation of EU and passed CE approval and health permits. Printing and drying system hasindependent exhaust outlet.
- Equipped with the water cooling machine and temperature stabilizer. The welding process is stable and fast. Precision servo motor transact s pulling and cutting.
- User-friendly design with multi safety inspection and protection function. Fault self-test light and sound alarm function are available for quick problem detection.
