Shaft screwis key to pow transmission and ensure the extruder running smoothly. That's the reason why we do more tests on individual combination to meet the tolerance requirement.
We can provide the shaft with A40 material which has excellent toughness and mechanical property under high torque and high loading condition. We control accuracy strictly during processing to guarantee the shaft groove depth, groove spacing standard,surface smoothly and strong durable.
