Our furnace cooling water hose is a large-diameter flexible hose designed for cooling water delivery in steel mills, glass plants, foundries and other high-temperature industrial facilities.
It is developed for cooling systems operating near furnaces, molten metal, hot glass and heat-intensive production equipment. The Industrial Rubber Hoseconstruction helps transfer cooling water efficiently while accommodating equipment movement, installation restrictions and vibration in demanding industrial environments.
Standard inner diameters range from 2 inches to 10 inches. Hose dimensions, production lengths, colors, markings, packaging and other specifications can be customized for equipment manufacturers, industrial distributors, engineering contractors and large-volume end users.Furnace Cooling Water Hose Specifications
Inner Tube: black EPDM synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: multi-spiral high tensile synthetic fibers and insulated spiral PP wire or helix spiral-wire
Outer Layer: black NBR&PVC fire retardant mixed rubber/thermal protective-layer and stainless steel armour
Temperature Range: -40°C~+100°C（-40°F~+212°F);
The cover radiant heat: 540°C (1004°F)
The hose dimension, pressure and color can be customized based on the requirements.
Application: Big diameter flexible hose specially designed for cooling water convey in steel mills, glass plans and foundries with high cooling efficiency and long service life, suitable for high-temp and hot metal or glass splashing environment.
