Upe Super Abrasion Resistant Concrete Hose LT1306
Upe Super Abrasion Resistant Concrete Hose LT1306
Our super abrasion resistant concrete pumping hose is designed for conveying wet concrete through concrete pump trucks and other construction machinery operating under demanding pumping conditions. The Industrial Rubber Hose uses an abrasion-resistant UPE material in the concrete-contacting layer. The highly saturated molecular structure of UPE provides strong resistance to abrasive concrete mixtures and helps maintain chemical stability when exposed to alkaline components in concrete. With a working pressure of 1,250 psi and a minimum burst pressure of 3,750 psi, this heavy-duty concrete pumping hose is suitable for equipment manufacturers, concrete pump parts distributors, construction machinery dealers, pumping contractors and buyers requiring consistent quality across large or repeat orders. Standard inner diameters range from 2 inches to 5 inches. Hose size, length, end fittings, markings, packaging and other configurations can be customized according to equipment specifications and purchasing quantities.
Super Abrasion Resistant Concrete Pumping Hose Technical Specifications
Inner Tube:UPE and NR & SBR synthetic rubber
Reinforcement:2~4 plies of sprial steel cord
Outer Layer: black NR & SBR synthetic rubber (UPE layeris available)
Temperature Range:-30°C~+82°C(-22°F~+180°F)
The hose dimension, pressure and color can be customized based on the requirements.
Application: Apply to construction machinery like pump truck to delivery concretes. Its service life is several times more than average products in the market, and the high saturation characteristic of UPE means that this product will not react with the alkaline substance in the concrete.
