The double drum hydraulic winches are specially designed for ship cranes. Traditionally, the two winches (luffing winch and hoisting winch) are separately installed on the pipe layer. It results in more complicated structure and system, higner cost and requires bigger installation room. By combining the two winches, the installation room is reduced by half, system is simplied and cost is reduced.
Luffing winch consists of hydraulic motor, wet type multi-disc hydraulic brake and planetary gearbox, drum, support shaft, frame.
Hoisting winch mainly consist of hydraulic motor, wet type multi-disc hydraulic brake, planetary gearbox, drum, support shaft, multi-disc hydraulic clutch and frame.
We put the brake and planetary gearbox in the drum to make the winch more compact.
It features high efficiency, large strating toruqe, stable low speed ability, low noise, reliable control ability and long lifetime. In particularly, high volumetric efficiency of motor and first class SUN counterbalance valve helps to successfully solve the problem of shaking in unloading condition and secondary sliding, ensure the
steady operating performance.
