EFG Handheld Digital Compression Force Gauge
The digital handheld compression force measurement tool is a small, simple, multi-function, and high-precision push and pull test measurement instrument, which is widely used in electronic appliances, construction hardware, fire equipment, power machinery, scientific research institutions, and other industries. How to Use Digital Compression Force Tester?
1.Choose the model
This series force gauge has a variety of models that can be selected, different models corresponding to different ranges and resolutions, as shown in a table on the back cover of this manual. Select the appropriate model based on practical need before use. DO NOT exceed the capacity of the gauge, or it may damage the force gauge forever.
2. Choose measuring heads
In order to complete the test work conveniently, the force gauge is equipped with a variety of measuring heads(adapters). Select the appropriate measuring heads according to the actual need.
3.Poweron/offTouchfor2secondstopowerOnorOff.Afterswitchingtheinstrumenton,youshouldcheckthemodelwhetheritisyouwant.CheckBatteryIcon.Ifthepowerislow,shouldberecharged.4.TestingAftercompletionofthetestpreparation,testingcanbedone.4.1MeasuringheadsSelecttheappropriatemeasuringhead,andinstallitinthegauge'smeasurementaxis.Tightenitbyhand,withouttheuseoftools.Donotuseadeformedordamagedmeasuringhead.NOTE:Donotusetoolstovigorouslytightenthemeasuringhead,otherwiseitwilldamagetheforcegauge.4.2UnitsTheforcegaugehasavarietyofmeasurementunits,selecttheappropriateunitofforce.Underthemeasureinterface,presstheMenukeytoenterthemenu.4.3TestModeThisseriesforcegaugehas3kindsofmeasurementtestmodesthatcanchoose.interface.YoucanselectaMeasureModebytouchingunderthemeasureinterface,Orcanchangeitinmenus.Track:Thereal-timemeasuringmode,underthismode,pressthezerokeytheforcegaugewillbecleared(removetare).
Peak:Peakreadingswillnotchangeuntilahighervalueismeasured.Underthismode,touchthezerokeytheforcegaugewillupdatethedisplayimmediately.Auto-Peak:Inthismode,thegaugedisplaysapeakvalueofforceinafixedduration.Thedurationtimecanbesetinmenus.4.4ToleranceLimitThetolerancelimitscanbesetforGO/NGmeasurementalso.Ifyousetthealarmonandavalidlimit,Theiconwillbedisplayedforwithinlimit,lowerthanlowerlimitorexceedupperlimit.4.5ZeroingTouchtocleartheforcegaugeintrackmodeforremovingthetare.5.Hand-heldorMountingTheforcegaugeisaportableInstrument,youcandothetestinghand-held,oryoualsocaninstalltheforcegaugeontheteststandsoastoobtainaccuratemeasurementresults.Thereare6M4.0mountingscrewholesontheback,whichcanbefixedontheteststand.NOTE:Thedepthofthemountingholeis8.0mm,pleasechoosetheappropriatescrews,screwintothedepthoftheforcegaugeshallnotbegreaterthan7mm.6.StorageMeasuredresultscanbestoredintheforcegaugesothatyoucanrevieworprintthemlater.Underthemeasuredinterface,touchtosavevaluemeasured,andthesaveiconwillbedisplayed.7.BrowseandPrintingThevaluessavedinmemorycanbereviewedintheBrowsefunction.Thedatainmemorycanbeprintedintoareport.
