Product Features:1. The pump is vertical structured. The diameters of inlet and outlet are the same, and they are in the same center line. It can be placed outdoors if adding a protective cover.2. An impeller is directly installed on the motor, which bears a reasonable configuration and can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump so as to ensure balanced operation and low vibration and noise.3. Seal is a combination of ordinary and particle mechanical seals, which is wear-resistant and can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.4. It can be run in series and parallel operation modes according to the need of flow and head.III. Application Range:IGF Lined Fluorine Pipe Pump is suitable for long-term transport of acid, lye, oxidants and other corrosive liquids of any concentration in temperature conditions of -85℃ ~ +200℃. It is extensively used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, paper, flue gas desulphurization, dust removal, food, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fiber.IV. The diameters of inlet and outlet are the same, and they are in the same center line. Inlet and outlet can be installed in the pipeline as the valve. With compact appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment, it can be placed outdoors if added a protective cover.(2) An impeller is directly installed on extended shaft in motor. Short axial dimension, compact structure, and reasonable configuration of pump and motor bearings allow it to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by operation of pump, thus ensuring the smooth operation of pump and low vibration and noise.(3) Mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination is adopted in shaft seal. We use imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium refractory mechanical seal with carbide material and wear seal, and can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.(4) Easy installation and maintenance: You do not need to open the pipeline system.
