The Nanofiber Electrospinning Unit uses electrospinning techniques to safely and easily produce nanofibers with diameters of 50 to 800 nm. This device is widely used in the automotive industry for research and development of filters and fuel cells.

The Nanofiber Electrospinning Unit is capable of producing 50 to 800 nm diameter fibers. The device’s biggest feature is the ability to produce nanofibers easily from a small amount of various polymers using an electrospinning technique. Currently, use of nanofibers in raw materials, IT, biotechnology, and healthcare industries is expected to increase dramatically as manufacturers look to take advantage of increased surface area and finer fiber materials.

Main features:

Spinning high uniform, high quality nanofibers

By constructing a stable electric field using our unique technology, nanofibers with high fiber diameter uniformity and a small number of droplets can be spun.

1. Ten-key easy programming

High pressure, solution volume, feed speed, syringe diameter, collector rotation speed, spinneret width, lateral speed, cleaning frequency/interval and other parameters can be easily programmed using ten keys.

2. Easy to load and unload system components

Both spinnerets and collecting plates can be replaced and installed quickly and easily.

3. Rotate the highly oriented orientation film

With the optional φ20 0mm drum dust collector or disk dust collector, highly oriented films can be produced (orientation angles of 5 degrees or less depending on the material)。

4. Equipped with automatic cleaning mechanism

Equipped with needle cleaning mechanism, frequency and interval can be programmed.

5. Thorough security measures

Thorough safety measures such as door interlock, emergency stop function, indicator light, tempered glass, high speed cut-off high pressure.
